Pricing questions
Can I use ClearCorridor without a monthly plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is $0/month. You get one included local transfer per month; additional transfers are charged per-use at the standard rates shown above.
What currencies and corridors do you support?
We launch with USD, EUR, and GBP corridors via ACH, SEPA, and Faster Payments. SWIFT is available for corridors where local rails are not yet supported. We add new corridors based on user demand.
How is the FX spread applied?
The spread is the difference between the mid-market rate and the rate we offer you. It is displayed alongside the fee before you confirm, so you always know your total cost. Enterprise customers benefit from a lower 0.35% floor.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quote screen shows every cost — fee, spread, and estimated delivery time — before you confirm the transfer. SWIFT intermediary bank fees are the only pass-through charge, and we disclose them upfront when known.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens if I exceed my included transfers?
Additional local-rail transfers are $0.50 each. SWIFT transfers are $12 each. You are never blocked from sending — overages are added to your next invoice.
